Covid has delayed testing process. update 10-19-2020: Officer from the embassy called my cell phone today after speaking with my fiance, to let me know that they will just require him to retake the medical exam and not do the 3 more drug tests. After the medical exam is completed (3rd exam 0_o), he will need to submit new court documents, police record, medical exam and his passport via Amarex and they will make a final decision. Maybe just maybe, he could be here for christmas! Update 10-24: Received a call from Dr's office for his final medical scheduled on Monday 26 oct. Update 11-11: Dr. Janah didn't allow him to do a full medical, instead just a urine analysis. He's the biggest bum ever of a doctor, hopefully this is the last we will have to see of him. We sent the older (but not expired) medical with the other paperwork and passport to embassy via amarex yesterday. Hoping that a decision can be made based on what we sent. Update 12-4: Status changed from Ready to Administrative Processing. Update 12-7: Embassy called fiancé to tell him to come pick up his visa tomorrow. Update 12-8 : Fiance went to embassy to pick up passport with visa in it. | 8 hours ago | ||||
